Brownbill Case Management Services

As a leading case management company, established in 1992, our team of professionally qualified, highly motivated and experienced case managers offers a proactive, personalised and cost effective service to children, young people and adults who have severe injuries, such as brain injury, spinal cord injury and cerebral palsy.

Our case managers have a health and social care qualification, such as occupational therapy, social work, nursing, physiotherapy, clinical psychology, and they are registered with their professional regulatory body, e.g. Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMW). When registered with either of these bodies, the case manager has been assessed as meeting their standards for training, professional skills and behaviour.

Our case managers have considerable expertise in assessing client need and with formulating, implementing and monitoring effective interventions to meet those needs and achieve client goals. This often involves assisting with arranging complex packages of care, coordinating rehabilitation and healthcare, procuring specialist equipment and facilitating educational, vocational and leisure opportunities. They are also experienced at representing clients’ interests with legal teams conducting personal injury and clinical negligence claims, medical personnel and statutory and non-statutory agencies.

Our accreditation by the Care Quality Commission endorses our high professional standards regarding the delivery of care to our clients and we also operate within the guidelines laid down by the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM).
