Faye Hammond Consultancy (FHC) aim to support adults and children who have either been catastrophically injured through accident or negligence or those with lifelong or age-related disability, to support clients to improve their quality of life by identifying areas of need and maximise their potential for independence.
Ensuring clients receive care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable and client centred is of utmost importance to FHC. Improving clientās health and wellness in line with cultural beliefs and values to promote independence through, advocacy, communication, education, identification of services (statutory and private delivery) is at the forefront of FHC beliefs.
We will provide safe and appropriate bespoke advocate support to clients, if required, to promote and express their views and wishes. FHC will support to promote independence that gives choice and control over the way their rehab, care and support is delivered.
FHC aims to provide care and support for clients who cannot wholly look after themselves. FHC provide support in your own home or assist you in the community, at times convenient to you, and in ways you find most agreeable. FHC have sound principles for the way we run our provision. Central to these is our belief that the rights of clients who use services are paramount.

To focus on clients receiving care and support. FHC aim to provide personal care and support in ways which have positive outcomes for people who use services.
To ensure that FHC are fit for our purpose. FHC management and staff examine our operations constantly to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and purposes. FHC welcome feedback from clients who use our services and their friends, relatives, and professionals, we always listen and respond to any concerns and complaints.
FHC work for the comprehensive welfare of clients who use our services. We aim to provide for each client a package of support and care that contributes to his or her overall personal, healthcare, and social needs and preferences.
FHC work in partnership. We will co-operate with other services and professionals to help to maximise each clientsā independence and to ensure as fully as possible the clientsā maximum participation in the community.
To keep clients safe. FHC are committed to keeping the people who use our services safe from all forms of abuse and neglect.
To avoid mistakes. FHC will try our best not to make mistakes but where we do make them, we will be open and honest about them, put them right as quickly as possible and learn how to avoid making them again.
