Westcountry Case Management are a sector leading, specialist case management service supporting people in reaching their goals, maximising their potential and quality of life. We cover the West Country and South Wales and have been established for over 20 years.  Our HR and regulatory support of directly recruited teams is highly regarded, having achieved outstanding in all five key questions in our CQC inspection report.  We are also registered with the CIW for our clients in Wales.

Our leadership team have a wealth of experience in case management and setting up bespoke support packages, as well as an understanding of the litigation process and working as expert witnesses.  We regularly provide training for legal professionals and other health and social care professionals, on a wide range of topics.

Our Case Managers are Health and Social Care registered professionals with a minimum of seven years’ post qualification experience and benefit from robust mentoring support. We have several advanced members of BABICM and all our other case managers are members of BABICM.  We strive to deliver a high-quality service and have robust governance, safeguarding and improvement practices in place.

We have a dedicated office team and have base offices in Bishopsteignton, Devon and Cardiff.
