CHD Living provides goal-driven, person-centred neurorehabilitation through its dedicated centres in Surrey. Supporting adults with acquired and traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complex neurological conditions, we combine clinical expertise with a warm, inclusive approach that places individuals and families at the heart of their recovery.

We offer both inpatient and outpatient pathways, step-down placements, and transitional care following hospital or acute rehab discharge. Led by an experienced multi-disciplinary team – including consultants, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and clinical psychologists – our programmes are tailored to each person’s injury, lifestyle and aspirations.

Conditions We Support (not limited to):

ABI, TBI, spinal cord injury, stroke, FND, hypoxic injury, cerebral palsy, Guillain-Barré syndrome, Huntington’s disease, MS and prolonged disorders of consciousness.

Referral Routes:

We welcome referrals from case managers, ICBs, legal representatives and self-funding clients. Whether for short-term therapy or longer-term rehabilitation, we support individuals to move forward with confidence and quality of life.
