After Matters

After Matters is a Manchester-based charity supporting young people aged 16–25 who have experienced a traumatic brain injury.

Through peer support groups, social events, and tailored resources, After Matters empowers young adults to rebuild their confidence, independence, and overall well-being. Their community offers a safe, understanding space where young survivors can connect, share experiences, and find meaningful support.

They also offer small grants ranging from £50 to £500 to help cover costs related to recovery or vocational rehabilitation. This could include therapy, equipment, educational resources, or transport to vital appointments.
