The service provides specialist brain injury transitional neuro-rehabilitation, integrated effectively into real-life and community activities. It supports individuals with complex physical and cognitive needs through a highly personalised, boutique rehabilitation model.

Individuals are supported in high-spec, self-contained apartments designed for independent living trials, alongside access to a dedicated community outreach support team. Each person receives a bespoke and responsive rehabilitation package within a skilled, compassion-based therapeutic culture, recognised through a Platinum Investors in People accreditation.

All inspected services are rated CQC Outstanding across all areas and are Headway approved. The multidisciplinary team includes highly skilled Neuropsychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech & Language Therapists, supported by a stable workforce with very low staff turnover and no agency use.

The service also offers shorter assessment placements, intensive upper limb programmes, hybrid home and residential placements, vocational rehabilitation, off-site independent living trials, and selected slow-stream or longer-term placements.
