Headway Cardiff

Headway Cardiff & South East Wales supports individuals and families impacted by acquired brain injury, helping 500–600 people annually. Based at Llandough Hospital, the charity provides a range of services, including their Independence & Wellbeing Centre, information outreach, family support, and counseling. Since 1985, they have aimed to foster community and peer support to enhance independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. They rely on donations, fundraising, and volunteers to continue their mission.
