Milestones Rehab is the trading name of independent specialist occupational therapist Rachel Miles.

Rachel is an associate experienced special occupational therapy practitioner with skills to work with both adults and children.

Rachel can provide OT assessment and specialised therapy intervention working at home, school/education setting, workplace and within the community. Rachel can provide physical and cognitive rehabilitation along with specialist skills to fabricate bespoke thermoplastic upper limb splints and neurological soft casts for upper & lower limb as part of spasticity management working alongside other members of the MDT.
