Routes Healthcare provides specialist brain injury care services in clients’ homes across the UK. We are a CQC-regulated (with TDDI) healthcare provider delivering complex care packages for individuals with acquired brain injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and neurological conditions.

Service Delivery
We offer flexible care packages from visiting care to 24-hour live-in support in your own home. Services include personal care, medication administration, seizure management, mobility assistance, cognitive support, and daily living activities. Care is provided under registered nurse clinical oversight.

Staffing
Healthcare assistants are directly employed, DBS-checked, and trained specifically in brain injury care through our in-house training programme. Staff receive ongoing competency assessments and specialist training in neurological conditions, behavioural management, and emergency procedures.

Clinical Capabilities
Our team manages complex clinical tasks including medication management, PEG feeding, catheter care, seizure monitoring, and coordination with medical professionals. We work alongside NHS teams, GPs, consultants, and therapists to deliver comprehensive care plans.

Care Coordination
Local management teams conduct assessments, develop personalised care plans, and provide ongoing case management. Care packages are reviewed regularly and adapted based on changing needs and recovery progress.
