CHD Living offers bespoke, clinically led care packages for individuals living with complex brain injuries and neurological conditions – delivered in the familiarity of home. With more than 40 years of experience in care, our Complex Care division is built on safety, compassion and personalised support.

Each package is developed in close partnership with the client, their family, and clinical teams. Our Registered Nurses oversee the service, with input from expert consultants across neurodisability, respiratory and rehabilitation fields.

Whether supporting long-term recovery, enabling lifestyle goals, or managing high-dependency clinical needs, our model is flexible, robust, and always person-centred.

Conditions We Support (not limited to):

ABI, TBI, spinal cord injury, FND, cerebral palsy, MS, Huntington’s disease, prolonged disorders of consciousness, and clients requiring long-term ventilation or complex respiratory care.

Referral Routes:

We work with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, ICBs, hospital discharge planners, case managers, legal teams and private families. We are also able to mobilise packages quickly when other providers are unable to meet clinical complexity or staffing needs.
