Brightpath Healthcare is a specialist nurse-led provider of complex home care, supporting children and adults with complex clinical needs to live safely and independently in their own homes and communities.

A key area of our service is supporting individuals with acquired and complex brain injuries. We recognise that every person’s needs, circumstances and goals are different, which is why we develop personalised care packages around the individual, their clinical requirements, independence, and longer-term goals.

Our model combines dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager oversight, experienced care teams, robust clinical governance, and individually tailored care planning. We work closely with families, case managers, ICBs and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure care complements each individual’s clinical, rehabilitation and personal goals.

For people living with brain injury, our focus goes beyond meeting immediate care needs. We aim to support greater independence, stability, and quality of life, helping individuals remain connected to their family, home and community while providing a dependable care solution that can evolve as their needs change.
