Clover Care Group
Clover Care Group, we pride ourselves in providing specialist staff to support complex care packages for both children and adults with the best possible clinical pathways and care, which allows our clients to live the lives they want to lead. The high standards of care delivery drive improvement, promote flexibility and encourage innovation in how people are cared for and supported in their home. All our services and support organisations use these Standards as a guideline for how to achieve and surpass the highest quality person-centred care.
With clinical experience spanning over 40 years, we value each client’s opinion and embrace their involvement on how they would like their care to be delivered. Not just to meet the legal standards, but rather to exceed them and underpin the delivery of professional care through outstanding quality.
Recruitment is a journey taken with a collaborative approach by involving our clients in the interview process or by arranging meet and greets during the process. New recruits are always chosen with a good personality match for our clients, and have the experience needed to support their specific health needs. We actively encourage family involvement in education and support to enhance the continuity of care at home and improve service users’ morale.
Experienced Clinical Leads and Regional Nurses offer continuous support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to clients, their families and their care and nursing teams, ensuring the care provided evolves to meet each client’s changing outcomes and social needs to help them achieve a good quality of life. Our dedicated Regional Nurses and Clinical Director have vast experience in brain injury complex care and oversee every detail of all care packages. They work with clients to create bespoke support and care plans tailored to their specific goals and care needs.
Delivering a quality service starts with the right culture and values. Everyone has the right to live in a way that makes them happy and allows them as much independence as possible, and this culture is delivered throughout the organisation and ensures care services are delivered by skilled, honest, respectful and compassionate people. We strongly and fundamentally believe in being completely open, honest, and transparent in everything we do.
The service provided by our teams is monitored on an ongoing basis, by one-to-one phone calls, face to face meetings, monitoring visits, audits and questionnaires to ensure our clients and their families are satisfied with the service being provided. Our staff members have regular one-to-one performance reviews as well as an annual appraisal and Continual Professional Development. Our policies and procedures, ensure that all those involved in delivering or receiving care, understand how these services are delivered safely and effectively.
Clover Care Group is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Our regulated activity is for all ages for Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI), Personal Care, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities.
